Return Policy

If a purchase has been placed, but hasn't been fulfilled by Fish Bite Rod Holders, a customer can request a full refund if they change their mind for any reason.

If an order has been fulfilled and the customer requests a refund; they may receive full compensation for the items they have returned.  Items return shipping will be paid for by the customer and if shipping was included in the order, it will not be refunded.  If the items show signs of heavy use, the order will likely receive no refund.

We want our customers to be satisfied with the products we provide and this policy is meant to help add to the satisfaction.  If you receive a product and it doesn't fit your needs, we want to help get you setup with what you're wanting, and not leave you stuck with an item you can't really use.

Warranty

We guarantee our Rod Holders to hold up to any freshwater fish out there.  If you ever have a FISH to bend or break one of our holders, we will be more than happy to replace it.

We do not guarantee our holders to serve as tie down cleat, anchoring point, or to withstand impacts with bridge pylons, boat docks, or the like.  

We are not responsible if your boat receives damage before our Rod Holders or Mounting Systems do.  If damage is transferred from our product to your boat, there is nothing that we can do to help.

Shipping Policy

We strive to keep shipping times to a manageable amount of work days.  Usually we are able to ship withing 3-5 business days, if not sooner, on most orders.

If custom items (not available to purchase on our site) are requested and purchased through invoice or other means, we will usually require more time to fulfill.  We will do our best to give an accurate estimation of when we believe the items will ship by, when the custom order is being discussed.

If for some reason we foresee shipping delays to an order, we will contact the customer and give a notice of the delay.  The customer will then have the option to receive a full refund or wait the extended time.  The extended time will be estimated to the best of our abilities.
